Terms and conditions

 

Contact and marketing consent:

By entering the competition, you consent to 11:FS using your name and contact details for the purposes of administering the competition (including notifying the lucky winner!) and sharing updates about the competition, contacting you to offer you subscriptions to our Pulse service and information about other 11:FS events, products and services from time to time. You can unsubscribe at any time. Data will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

 

Competition terms: 

  1. This ‘Win Pulse for a Year’ competition (the “Competition”)  is organised by 11:FS Group Limited (“11:FS"), whose registered office is at 1 Finsbury Avenue (1FA), 2nd Floor, London EC2M 2PF, UK. 
  2. The Competition is open from 29th March 2023 to 30th April 2023. Any entries received after this date won’t be eligible for the Competition.
  3. “Terms” means these terms and conditions together with any conditions, rules or requirements issued by 11:FS from time to time relating to the Competition.
  4. The prize is five (5) user licences for a 12-month subscription to the 11:FS financial services online benchmarking tool, ‘11:FS Pulse’ (the “Prize”). The Prize is for a single entity (or group of corporate entities) only and cannot be shared with or transferred to third parties, even if there are excess user licences. 
  5. The Winner will be required to accept the Pulse standard user terms in order to claim and use the Prize. The 12-month subscription will start from the date agreed between 11:FS and the Winner.
  6. The Prize is offered as stated and is non-exchangeable. No cash alternative will be provided. 
  7. The Competition is open to any individual, partnership, company or other organisation. No existing clients, contractors or suppliers of 11:FS are eligible to enter the Competition.
  8. If entering on behalf of an organisation, the individual must have authority to do so and an authorised person will be required to accept the Pulse standard user terms in order for the Winner to claim and use the Prize. 
  9. Each individual may only submit one entry but there is no maximum number of entries on behalf of an organisation by individuals. No computer-generated or other similar methods of entry are permitted.
  10. There is no fee or charge (of any kind) for entering the Competition or claiming the Prize.
  11. On or after [1st May 2023], a winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries (“Winner”). The Winner will be notified within seven days of the selection date. 
  12. If the original Winner fails to claim the Prize within fourteen (14) days of such notice, or the Prize is declined by the Winner, 11:FS may select an alternative winner of the Prize (in its sole discretion). 
  13. The name and location of the Winner may be published by 11:FS on its website, podcasts, LinkedIn and social media pages (in its discretion) and the Winner consents to such publications worldwide (so far as permitted by law) without payment or further consideration. The Winner’s name can also be requested by sending a written request to 11:FS at the address above.
  14. 11:FS reserves the right to withdraw the Prize and/or re-allocate the Prize (i) if the Winner does not meet the 11:FS know-your-customer checks, (ii) due to any legal, regulatory or taxation reason, or (iii) otherwise necessary (in the sole discretion of 11:FS). 
  15. 11:FS additionally reserves the right to amend these Terms and any amendments will be published at 11fs.com.
  16. All decisions of 11:FS in relation to the Competition and these Terms are final. No correspondence can be entered into. 
  17. So far as permitted by law, 11:FS won't be liable for any loss or damage suffered by entrants and Winners in relation to the Competition. 
  18. So far as permitted by law, any tax or other charges payable by the Winner as a result of receiving and/or using the Prize will be the responsibility of the Winner. Winners should seek professional advice prior to accepting the Prize if this is a concern. If 11:FS is required to pay any taxes or charges as a result of awarding the Prize to the Winner (for example, due to the jurisdiction of the Winner), the Winner will, if requested by 11:FS in writing, reimburse 11:FS for an amount equal to the total of all such taxes and charges within 45 days of a written request.
  19. If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these Terms, 11:FS may (at its sole discretion) exclude an entrant, organisation or Winner from the Competition. 
  20. These Terms (including non-contractual provisions) are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
